JEM-X status (SB): Fine. The detector temperature is rather low, so the gain
is also a bit low.

Calibration meeting 3rd IACHEC (NJW): See home page www.iachec.org.
              A constant ARF and gain dependent electronic efficiency suffice
              to derive the Crab slope from detector spectra (2.09 +- 0.02).
              The normalization scatters too much - a repeated analysis
              is underway.

Coming SDAST meeting (NJW): Agenda is being prepared. Inputs are requested.
