Subject: JEM-X Monday Meeting 2008-01-07 Date: Wed, 23 Jan 2008 13:11:30 +0100 (MET) Participants: SB, JC, CAO, NL, NJW. JEM-X status (SB): Has been running peacefully during Christmas and New Year. Data connection between MOC and ISDC was lost for some hours. A very short duration (~30s) hot spot appeared. 5 anodes have been lost in 2007 (6 in 2006). Gain has been relatively low partly due to rather low temperatures but also due to a recent HV reduction. Calibration (NJW): DETE-IMOD determination to be changed to DETN-MOD with a new range of STATUS values to be made consistent with STATUS in the event list. We will define new epochs of duration about half a year for IMOD. Use of FLAG (JC): We can use the column 'JEMX_FLAG' as we wish. j_ima_iros (NL): There is a development of the Crab flux with time which is also seen with j_src_lc implying that there are conditions 'outside the software' that change. It could be the anode development - to be investigated. Has the correction for the electronic efficiency been correctly done? Next SDAST meeting (NJW): We aim for mid-February meeting, but NL may be absent. Will check. /NJW
