SDAST Monday Meeting #129: 19th Febuary 2007 Instrument Status: No comments. HV step down still not performed yet. Crab Calibration: SB written procedure for grey filter exercises. Drift voltage will also be varied to investigate double triggers and gas contamination, and running with less than four anode segments. ISGRI has 100 ksecs on-axis staring we can use for our excercises. This time a whole revolution set aside for calibration procedures. CBJ thinks we may be running instruments with too low drift voltage given that we're getting double triggers. Changing Vc will also change position distortion which was tuned out pre-launch by changing voltages on field rings. SB found that deadtime with grey filter can be corrected with a simple funciton of grey filter value. ATELs: SB found a good radius expansion burst GRS 1724-308 OID:530 PID: 35 2 transient sources seen by ISGRI which can't be seen with JEM-X, though one is within our FOV but our of our energy range.
