Gain Notes for Revolution 735 JEM-X1: This revolution involves considerable temperature changes in the detector which are clearly seen as a strong residual signal in the corrected Xe line during the revolution. Since the current OSA software (results shown here) cannot handle these changes, it will be necessary to deliver and IC gain history table to ISDC that can bring the Xe line within about 2% ofthe ideal(29.6 keV) for the entire revolution. If you're not too concerned with accurate energy determination the data is quite useable, since gain correction lies within about 6% of the ideal. For more accurate gain calibration use the latest IC tables provided by ISDC. The next release of the OSA software will be able to perform this correction automatically. JEM-X2: No scientific data or gain history data for this unit. CAO 31/10/2008
