Gain Notes for Revolution 485
	
JEM-X1: A quite normal revolution with fine gain fitting. All the data from 
this revolution should be useable.
The Xe line analysis demonstrates that the gain correction has performed
well, to within about 3% of the ideal. As always it is recommended that
users avoid the first few science windows for applications requiring the very
best spectral/energy information since this is where the unit is settling down
after the switch on. However, there is some residual gain variation signal
in the Xe line evolution due to temperature changes in the detector plate that
haven't been smoothed corrected, and so this revolution may benefit from the
new software that will include these changes.
