Hello all,
Now the GPS season is gone, let's start a new Galactic Center observation
season.
The ISWT data during rev. 409 are from ScW #8 to #32. 10 sources are
founded by j-ima-iros (see attached list below) plus 4U 1708-40, SLX 1744-299(300)
and IGR J17098-3628 visible on the mosaics, but only below 6 keV for the
latter (has it already been seen by JEM-X?).
I think all the "new sources" in the region around the strong GX 349+2
are just artefacts.
Strangely, I cannot see SAX J1747.0-2853 (= GX+02-02) found by j-ima-iros
in 5 ScWs, even in the individual images or in the mosaics of these five
ScWs only (the lightcurves do not show anything particular either).
Two X-ray bursts are noticed. One quite long from XTE J1739-285 in ScW #8 (first found by Søren) and one from GX354-0 in ScW #19 (see attached plot).
The fit of the Xe line from one ScW is:

I must correct my mistake. I thought I had remove from my script the
user_catalog parameter, which forces the detection of SAX J1747.0-2853
(= GX+02-02)... That is the reason why j-ima-iros claimed to detect it,
even it was not there!
Sorry, mistake is human!
Cheers,
Jérôme
