Gain Notes for Revolution 318
	
A completely ordinary revolution. Gain smoothing is fine. All data from this
revolution should be useable. First two points in data set are pre-switch on of
High Voltage at three steps below its nominal setting. A good example of `fast'
and `slow' relaxation effects competing to give both a small gain decay and a
longer gain increase at full switch on.
