Gain Notes for Revolution 290
	
A completely ordinary revolution. Gain smoothing is fine except for the first
few points of the main switch-on. All data from this
revolution should be useable, but it may be advisable to avoid making spectral
data from the first half hour of data from this revolution. First two data 
points on each data set are the pre-switch on with High Voltage 3 steps below 
its nominal value. Interestingly, the different sources show somewhat different
relaxation effects, only some of which include the usual gain increase, and
others showing a distinct gain decay at the major switch-on.
