Gain Notes for Revolution 146 JEM-X2: A quite normal revolution with fine gain fitting. All the data from this revolution should be useable. First few points on each curve are the partial switch on of the instrument with HV set 3 steps below its nominal value. Small gap does not in any way affect gain smoothing and shouldn't affect the science data at all. From End-of-Revolution Report: a) MOC informed that the complete DSS-16 Goldstone pass of 25/12/2003 (DoY 359) was lost because of problems with the antenna - DR G103879. Timeline was stopped at 19:13z, end of TC LOS REDU at 19:50 AOS Redu at 22:56 Slews/Pointings 01460057 to 01460065, both inclusive, were missed. b) MOC, Sat. 27 Dec 2003 T 17:59:02: The IREM S/W crashed (the case known as IREM Anomaly due to SEU) and put OMC, JEM-X2 and IBIS in their safe modes. This was about 3 hours before the BCP Rad Belt Entry time. The three instruments were therefore left in their safe modes. CAO 16/01/2006
